Reports to : Human Resources Manager- Philippines
* The job’s main mission is to provide HR support to the Sales and Manufacturing Teams of FMC Vietnam . His/her role and responsibilities will include all Human Resources Department functions such as recruitment, placement activities, compensation and benefit administration. He/she is responsible for the maintenance of the company’s personnel policies and personnel files and other administrative roles that may be assigned to him/her

- Expected End Results: + Works and Manages the performance review processes by being a resource to Managers and employees as well as by ensuring raters comply with all the administrative requirements of a well-organized performance management system. Ensures that all performance reviews are properly documented, recorded and tracked.
+ Ensures the right organization and maintaining an updated organizational chart. Ensures that all such changes are documented and reported.
+ Recommends employees’ training requirements based on determined training needs to meet career development needs and ensures that employees receive the proper training relative to their respective jobs. May coordinate for, conduct programs as may be needed by the site.
+ Facilitation of all necessary documentation and other expatriate needs in accordance with government laws to eliminate labor related problems.

- Expected End Results: + Responsible for all activities /tasks of recruitment beginning with the posting advertisements for job openings.
+ Conducts preliminary screening of applicants, conducts interview, & shortlists the top candidates to ensure a quality line up of candidates for final screening.
+ Conducts orientation sessions and the management of on-boarding processes for all newly hired employees.

+ Payroll processing
- Expected End Results: + Maintain a Vietnam Salary structure to ensure fair grading based on job description and salary grades. Participates in salary and benefits surveys, and help manage the annual salary increase processes by providing the accurate data and all other information as may be required. Ensures that all policies and guidelines on Compensation emanating from Global and Regional directives are complied and /or considered during implementation.
+ Supports in the management of compensation and benefits of employees to ensure full compliance with government labor standards and corporate policies.
+ Update and implement change notices addressed and/or required by the site, Regional and Global authorities & notify employee of any salary adjustments.
+ Ensures accurate payroll processing by promptly and regularly reviewing, checking the payroll prior to its release.
+ Ensures that all existing Payroll Added Costs are monitored in accordance with government mandated laws and budget allocations

- Expected End Results: + Maintains complete and updated personnel 201 records including maintenance of updated Job Description for all positions. Helps out in updating SAP HR files.
+ Ensures compliance to all legal, regulatory and/or government requirements related to employment, compensation, employee welfare and the like.
+ Support for all company initiated activities/programs, employee activities.
+ Implements the Discipline Code and all other policies of HR, local, Regional and Global. Co-manages the Disciplinary processes and ensures that the implementation is within Corporate and Government polices and laws respectively.
* Decision-Making Authority:
- Decisions Expected: + Conducts or directs the investigation of human resource issues; recommends appropriate action
+ Sends/Recommends employees’ appropriate trainings
+ Recommends implementation of all governmental laws update such as any new mandated wage orders.
- Recommendations Expected: + Approval from the Management for employee activity and training costs.
+ Recommends any changes on policy, and/or practice as may be appropriate.
+ Recommends to Management for implementation & budget allocations

* Knowledge and Skills
• College graduate, preferably of a Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related course.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• IT skills, good in word and excel, power point
• Negotiation skills.
* Experience
• At least 3 years experience in Human Resources work like recruitment and placement, wage and benefits administration, training and development, employee relations and administration.
• Exposure in organizational development processes, a plus.
• Background in labor laws or paralegal matters.
* Physical Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, can keep confidential information. Honest, trustworthy and with good moral values.
• Dynamic and self-motivated.
