Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP Manager)

• Connect Business Units’ plans and HR plans.
• Manage requests, provide services between Business Units and HRSS.
• Evaluate HRSS services and ensure compliance with commitments.
• Communicate, implement HR policies, ensure accurate, timely updates of HR information.
• Implement HR policies, programs and plans.
• Support / consult line manager: attracting, recruiting, managing, evaluating, developing training programs and terminating labor contract.
• Manage Business Units labor (appoint, transfer, designate, dismissal, discipline ...).
• Identify and “nurture” the talents of Business Units.
• Organize labor discipline and material responsibility.
• Develop HR policy within the scope of functions.

Educational
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management / Economics / Business Administration or related field.

Qualification
• Strong interpersonal & analysis skills.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
• Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
• Advanced understanding of the principles of labor and employment legislation within the relevant jurisdictions.
• Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation.
• Good ability to communicate, present, train, manage and motivate staffs.
• Ability to solve problems requiring accuracy and speed.
• Positive thinking and enthusiastic in work.
• MS Office proficiency (Work, Excel, PowerPoint…

Experiences
• Understanding of Finance, Securities.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the same positions.
