Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for strategic planning, organizing and controlling of all programs of human resources; ensures a proper job accountability of personnel at human resources management and development department.
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and projects in the organization.
- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Oversees and supports the recruitment and selection plans and talent management programs; takes effort in administering the hiring, new employees’ orientation, job placement and counseling and exit interviewing.
- Creates proposals for developing and improving the employees’ job performance and work satisfaction.
- Facilitates the development and implementation of employees’ continuous training and development programs, career growth and succession, changing working behaviors and practices.
- Coordinates the implementation programs related to Health and Safety, Labor Relations, Social and Environmental Affairs; participates on performance reviews and meetings with the management, trade union, customers and government.
- Provides recommendations pertaining to the corporate budgeting platform that impact to employees’ incentives, rewards, wages and benefits.
- Maintains a balance and organize working relations of human resources personnel.
- Evaluates reports, decisions and results of human resources department in relation to the set goals.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by the immediate superior.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Functions preferably in Garment Industry.
- Good knowledge of Strategic Management, Changing Behaviors, Performance Management, Training and Development, Counseling and Labor laws.
- Fluent in English both written and oral communication.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Functions preferably in Garment Industry.
- Good knowledge of Strategic Management, Changing Behaviors, Performance Management, Training and Development, Counseling and Labor laws.
