Mô tả công việc
• Monitor recruitment processes to ensure that LTG attracts high quality staff. Maintain the requited budgeted cadre at any given time of the year.
• HRM will ensure managers are provided with accurate remuneration information and advices that allows LTG to attract and retain high quality staff.
• Competent in employment relations practices comply with Vietnamese legal requirements and are consistent with human resources best practice and ethical trading initiatives such as SeDex, WRAP as well as SA8000 and global compliances. We believe in high standard of safety and compliance practices.
• Pronounce Performance Management practices and processes support and recognize high performance and motivates staff to achieve performance goals continually. Discuss and provide one to one solution to close the performance gap of every employee.
• Ensure LTG maintains effective relationships with staff and Welfare and Union representatives by ensuring that LTG interests are protected in all industrial disputes.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in personal development of employee wellbeing.
• Demonstrates a commitment to sustainable resource management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• The expected applicant should be: A “PERSON FOR OTHER’S SUCCESS”, Dynamic and a Thorough Practitioner in HR Initiatives. He / She Should be a Proactive Thinker beyond the Traditional HR Role. The candidate should possess a Professional or Academic qualification in HR with a proven track record of Minimum 10 years’ experience as a HR Manager.
• Understand Training and Development policies and processes, ensures that LTG maximizes the capabilities of employees & managers and staff.
• Should Be Excellent in Communication by Periodic KPI Reporting, Computer Literacy as Well As Knowledge In Payroll Software Will Be A Distinct Advantage.
