Human Resource Supervisor (VSIP Bac Ninh)

To provide a high quality & professional expertise in Human Resources (HR) to ensure that the HR functions proactively enables and supports the achievement of DC's operation objectives. These involves in recruitment, employment process, manpower planning, compensation and benefit, learning and organization development, employee relations
Accountabilities and Key Result Areas:
- To be in -charge all tasks in recruitment, check and follow up Personnel Requisition (PR) to ensure that the recruitment procedure is complied with the policy & regulations of Company.
- Check attendance reports and input to HR system on time.
- Work in coordinate with supervisors and managers to measure the monthly KPI performance results and initiate better ways to improve the performance and help the DC achieve the operation targets
- Organize all operations training courses at site included induction program for new employees
- Coordinate with C&B team, Labor Department of Industrial Zone to check and make all jobs relating to insurances policy: social, health, unemployment, accident…
- Coordinate with C&B team all the jobs relating to PIT registration and tax finalization
- Control the review processes of labor contract of employee with line managers
- Post up, inform and explain all company announcement, policy, procedure related to HR to employees
- Coordinate or facilitate Employee Relations Meetings
- Follow up and report rate of turnover
- Generate all neccessary personnel analyses and reports for DC manager and HR Manager when required.

- At least graduated College
- Good in communication, planning, computer skills especially in Excel
- Fluent in communication by English: fourth skills
- Action oriented, driving for result, integrity, mature
- Experience in HR field at multi-company
- Good in health
- Prefer for candidate who can join with us ASAP
