OVERVIEW OF JOB/TỔNG QUAN CÔNG VIỆC:

Supervise and implement the organization's human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives.

Giám sát và thực hiện chiến lược nguồn nhân lực của tổ chức để thu hút, quản lý, phát triển và giữ lại các nhân viên người mà đáp ứng được mục tiêu kinh doanh ở hiện tại và tương lai

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO/MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CỤ THỂ:

HR database & compensation benefit

• Assist HR manager in control and follow up the company regulation, work rules.
• Set up the method of payroll formulas &In charge of monthly payroll, personal income tax.
• Set up the performance appraisal & evaluation process.
• In charge OT allowance, employees benefit, annual increase, ect.
• In charge monthly social insurance report, Absenteeism, HR movement, personal accident insurance, medical expense, annual medical checkup.
• Contact with labor & social welfare service.
• Personnel data: paper works, filing system, record, report.
• Manage the labor contract, reward record, disciplinary record, termination record,
• Employee satisfaction: coordinate with employees and departments to support for their need and improve employee’s satisfaction
• Other task be assigned by Human Resource Manager.

Recruitment support

Supervise the staff to in charge of
• Fill vacant positions effectively and promptly to ensure Company continues to function efficiently.
• Evaluate and select most effective means of recruitments and Recruitment Agencies whenever necessary.
• Carry out Selection process including interviews and assessment (Conduct Interviews for all Junior Management positions).
• Conduct Orientation programs for new employees (Junior Management positions).

RIGHTS AND AUTHORITIES/QUYỀN VÀ NGHĨA VỤ:

Conducts job planning within responsible area in job description.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS/KỸ NĂNG CẤN THIẾT:

• College or university graduated
• Prefer candidates has 2 years experiences for this HR field.
• Be able to earn and keep employee trust.
• Must show dedication to Continuous Improvement
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
• Be able to supervise or direct the subordinates
