RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position including the typical problems encountered in carrying out the responsibilities.
1. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Main Activities
- Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
- Schedule and organize interviews
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates if necessary
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment
- Inform unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct exit interviews
2. Monitor database activities:
- Local staffs data up-to-date & files/ Master file update
- RIVO/SAFEGUARDING/ (DMS) Datasite upload & update
- Filing
3. Follow up, record and recommend training activities of staffs
- Recommend appropriate training to staff
- Prepare the training reports and compare with approved budget
- Follow up the approved training
4. Support in monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Main Activities
- In cooperation with Admin/receptionist to monitor daily attendance of school staff.
- Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.
- Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
- Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
- Inform affected staff or residents of unexpected absences from work and coordinate actions ensuring the continuity of services such as cancellation of events and locating keys.
5. Implement other tasks which are inclusive but not limited to:
- Organize staff events: Team building & CPD, End of Year party
- Annual health check for local staff
- Prepare service contracts
- Reports
6. Support other HR staffs in implementation of payment, benefits and local/expatriate issues
7. Perform other duties reasonable assigned by HR Manager, Business Director or Principal

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Local Vietnamese
Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration.
At least 2 year’s relevant experience
Knowledgeable in labour law and relevant legal documents.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of staff and organization records
Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Able to communicate well with all levels of people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent written and spoken English
Good command of computer skills
Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration.
At least 2 year’s relevant experience
