Human Resource Staff (Fresh Graduate)

Objectives:
The Human Resources staff carries out responsibilities in all of the following functional areas: HR information, Job analysis, recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, benefits, employee relations, compensation, organization development, executive administration to ensure the HR are managed effectively to contribute the company objectives.

Job description:
• Recruit the suitable person as required (Job posting, recruitment list, prepare the test, contact to candidate, interview, take part in selection...)
• Conduct training and development to support all employees have knowledge and skill in current position and future to contribute to the company objectives (entrance training, periodic training…)
• Attendance, Make timesheets, Update data to HRM software;
• Effectively recording, maintaining, and reporting human resource information and update on the information board.
• Maintain and develop HR regulation, procedure to keep ensure employment relation.
• Administrative jobs: Control Cabinet & Lockers, Stationery, Uniforms, Canteen…
• Implementation other duties as requested by superiors

• Female, age under 30 years old, fresh graduate.
• University graduated from University in the field of Economics, Management or law
• Good command of English or Japanese.
• Fluent in application computer (MS software, email,..)
• Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
• Be honest, trustworthy, respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity

Working place: Dai An Industrial, Hai Duong.
Preferred language: English (Japanese)
Job Level: Fresh graduate
Salary: Negotiation
