The HR Specialist will be responsible to support the HR Plant Manager in the implementation and continuous improvement of all the HR processes.
• Manage all the administrative aspects related to the employees such as: payroll, personnel records, health insurance, contract activation/renewal/termination, time attendance, etc.
• Support management guidelines through the preparation, update, and recommendation of human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintain the organization recruiting new employees according to the internal selection process; supporting managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Fulfill HR internal reporting requests about labor cost, people turnover, absenteeism and other HR KPI’s
• Prepare periodical mandatory report to external entities and institutions, in particular the Social Insurance Department and Labor Department.
• Support the correct implementation of the performance management process according to company rules and timing.
• Support people development initiatives facilitating job rotations, promotions, demotions and other organizational changes. Ensure remuneration allowances and benefits of staff in compliance with the internal policies and the external market–
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable law requirements .
• Assist Manager in the implementation of the Salary Review and MBO processes, monitoring employment cost and productivity level.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and the organizational charts according to the latest changes.
• Support the HR Manager in the preparation and deployment of the labor cost budgeting and actual analysis
• Ensure the execution of both mandatory and managerial/cross-functional trainings according to the training plan
• Support the People Development pillar leader in the correct execution of the WCM principles

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Fluent English (Speaking and Writing)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with HR System and knowledge of Payroll Calculation
• SAP experience is preferable
Key Success Factors/Relevant experience:
• At least 3 years of professional HR experience preferably with foreign Company
• Cross Functional Appreciation
• Work well under pressure and in very fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
• Personal aspiration to become HR manager as a next career step

Ability to take multitask, team player with integrity, accountability, well organized and attention to details
