Mô tả công việc
- Assist to screen CV in recruitment. Arrange interview for Dept Manager with candidates.
- Assist to prepare some HR report to submit to Social Dept. and Department of labor, Invalid, and Social Affairs.
- Update employees database; prepare/renew labor contract for employees; ORG Chart.
- Update list of new/terminal employee to Insurance Dept time to time.
- Align with legal team to Setup company internal regulation and implement HR system.
- Interpretation and translation for director during visiting factories, business trip and common meeting, site survey.
- Being contact windows with Legal team with head quarter in Taipei
- Good to have HR background and know well VN labor code
- Others duty assign by Supervisor

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree (graduated from pedagogical university specialized in Chinese language is more prefer)
- Professional HR qualification is preferred
- Good in spoken and written in Chinese, be able to do daily email in English
- Software skills (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Commitment and dedicate in job, be able to travel on business trip (local & international)
- Good communication skills possess team group co-operation and high sense of responsibility.
- Being team player, energetic, well organized and able to work under high pressure, participate in challenging duty.
Preferred language for receiving application is English/Chinese
