Report to: HR Head Office in Hanoi
Working time: Monday - Friday
Work location: work temporarily in Hanoi Head Office (present to Mar 2020), based in Aeon Mall Hai Phong.
1. In-charge of recruitment for the company (especially for Aeon Mall Hai Phong) including searching CVs, interview arrangement and internal procedures…
2. Provide assistance to Superiors on planning and executing both internal and external training programs for staff
3. Being in charge of training in Aeon Mall Hai Phong (orientation training, internal training…)
4. Provide exit interviews for resigned staff
5. Submit C&B documents to Hai Phong authorities as law regulation
6. Other tasks as assigned by superiors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1.Bachelor degree, any fields
2. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
3. Have 1 - 5 years working experience in Human Resource (Recruitment/ Training/ C&B)
4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially PowerPoint)
5. Work location: Hanoi (for training from December 2019 ~ March 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (April 2020 ~)
2. Good communication in English & Vietnamese
3. Have 1 - 5 years working experience in Human Resource (Recruitment/ Training/ C&B)
4. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially PowerPoint)
5. Work location: Hanoi (for training from December 2019 ~ March 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (April 2020 ~)
