Mô tả công việc
The Human Resources Manager is responsible to provide a high quality and professional expertise in Human Resources to ensure that the HR functions proactively enable and support the achievement of Linfox Logistics Vietnam company 's operation objectives. These involve in employment, manpower planning and managing, employee movement, benefits and compensation, labor relations, personnel administration, training and development. This position is responsible for all HR related activities at all operation sites in the Northern areas

University Degree in Human Resources/Employees Relations, business administration or related filed.
Understanding of Labor Legislation
As least 5 years’ experience in HR General or management at foreign enterprise.
Effective people management skills
Strong communicate skills, both written and oral
Sound computing skills and an understanding of relevant technology, systems and report preparation skills.
A knowledge of environmental issues
An understanding of the relevant union and general industrial/employee relations
An understanding of basic financial planning, accounting and reporting practices
Fluent in English
Understanding of Labor Legislation
As least 5 years’ experience in HR General or management at foreign enterprise.
