Human Resource Manager (Must Has Experience in IT Firm)

- Do monthly pay roll ( salary, allowance, deduction, overtime, unpaid leave, sick leave) based on time record
- Handling the company Social Insurance/ health Insurance
- Prepare and update labour contract for all staffs of the company.
- Traing: Planning training activities, Control training quality and efficiency of training, Work with training partner to coordinate courses
- Recruiting: select suitable candidate, Contact candidate, interview schedule, Draft offer letter and contact chosen candidates
- Performance appraisal: probation appraisal, yearly assesment for all staff.
- Keep update labour/ social insurance law in order to make sure the company follow goverment regulations.
- Advise direct manager on issues related to human resource management and labor law.
- Support in organizing the company team building activies when required.

- Bachelor degree in human resource management, administrative management...etc
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in IT firm
- Good English communication skills
- High sense of responsibilities, professional working style.
- Open minded and proactive
- Quickly adapt.
- Good at time management.
