Human Resource Manager

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company’s strategy and local regulations.
- Ensures accurate and timely management of payroll, benefits and tax related services.
- Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions.
- Control the process of personnel transactions from on-boarding to termination.
- Maintain employees' records-insurance coverage, labor contract and the other personnel documents.
- Set-up, guide and control the staff performance assessment program.
- Consult the management board of the Human Management procedures.
- Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines.
- Represent the HR Department both internal and external.
- Other duties as assigned by General Director.

- Education background in University of Economy, Law or HR
- At least 05 year experience in HR in manufacturing company, candidate with strong experience in recruitment will be an advantage
- High teamwork spirit & responsibility
- Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, benefits administration, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training and development and office administration.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
- Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staffs at all levels
