Human Resource Manager

1) Employee Engagement
- Support the employee engagement survey completion, including logistics arrangements, communications, training for all employees
- Provide support in preparing the communication materials when required
- Follow up with functions to communicate the engagement activities & update them on the company communication channels

2) Employee Relations
- Organize the company employee activities/events e.g. Year End Party, Company Conference Day, Company Anniversary, Sport activities, etc. ensuring the objectives are delivered within minimum cost
- Handle disciplinary meeting and measurement with employee and Trade Union in a fair and explainable approach as well in compliance with legal requirement
- Handle CSR activities

3) HR Compliance
- Prepare the checklist, make the schedule to carry out regular & ad-hoc internal and external audit in HR Compliance areas to ensure the Company 100% compliance the relevant international standards (SA8000…), customer’s standards and local legal requirements
- Support in preparing relevant documents as per the internal/ external audit requirements
- Coordinate with other HR sub-teams to ensure the compliance for whole HR department
- In charge of organizing and conducting internal compliance and mandatory safety training program effectively, timely & costly
- Update relevant training database, manage certificates, training fee payment, training hours payment

- University graduated, preferable in Law or Human Resources
- At least 3-year working experience in HRM in garment and footwear industry
- Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law
- Good oral and written in Vietnamese & English
- Computer literacy (Windows Word, PowerPoint, Excel and internet)
- Proactive, creative and accountable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Positive teamwork attitude and mind-set
