Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resources
- Provide HR inputs to the business plan of the company and control the HR components of this plan .
- Ensure the organization structure is aligned and suitably manpower;
- Manage the HR operations based on a daily basic and up-to-date understanding of labour law;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company;
- Consult the management team on strategic HR, problem solving and organization matters;
- Establish and ensure that HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved;
- Bridge the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
- Analyse the outcomes of performance appraisal system and improve them as well as develop all employees accordingly by working closely with all managers;
- Maintain and develop compensation and benefits policies;
- Maintain full records of each person’s employment history, both in HRIS and in paper form, and ensure all such information is kept confidential;
- Manage, participate and evaluate in training and development programs for the company;
- Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure they are complying with the labor law, company rules and regulations. Consult with the managers an appropriate action and recommend the final in consultation with the management;
2. Administration:
- Manage all document related to company: stamp, legal documents, licenses;
- Organize the office layout and order stationery, furniture and equipment;
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.
3. Hotel Supports :
- Provide functional training to hotel HR, and conduct the audit periodically on hotel HR operations to ensure the compliance of policies and procedures within group;
- Support hotel HR operations where necessary, including but not limited about recruitment, training, employee relations, C&B;
- Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law;
- 05-year working experience at the same position in hospitality industry;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and its practices;
- Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Good communication both in written and verbal;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Familiar with MS Office, HRIS.
- 05-year working experience at the same position in hospitality industry;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and its practices;
- Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
