Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resources Management:
• Consult Board of Director regarding human resources affairs
• Build management structure and HR planning for the whole company
• Build and issue Labor Regulations, Human resource management regulations and salary and bonus policies for the entire HR system of the company in the direction of the higher level.
• Build salary scale; Collective labor agreement in accordance with the law.
• Develop a recruitment process, in conjunction with other departments, to develop a workflow for each department.
• Carry out job search and recruitment, accept new employees
• Track timesheets, payroll and coordinate with other departments to develop the process of law.
• Monitor the implementation of Labor contracts, Social insurance and other regimes of employees. Timely implement and consult with the Board of Management to resolve the procedures for signing or termination of Labor contracts.
• Make adjustments, raise wages, reduce wages and leave decision.
• Follow-up on probationary work. Comment and evaluate each case.
2. Administrative tasks
• Build relationship with state issuing agency
• Carry out procedures for obtaining business permits, visas and other legal documents as required
• Direct the Divisions within the Company to implement effective rules and regulations
• Set up relevant administrative management forms.
• Contact departments to set up job description for each position.
• Report on the employment situation, trade unions to state agencies.
• Prepare letters, notices, documents and keep record.
• Monitor and implement material treatment for staff on the occasion: birthday, funeral, marriages.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
