Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Full spectrum of HR functions in the organization. This includes payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee wellness and employee engagement.
• Develop, execute and review specific action plan in all HR areas to support achievement of organizational goal and growth
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of HR practices, policies and activities to support critical day-to-day business operations
• Manage key HR processes in alignment with policies and practices
• Plan and manage the HR budget in the areas of payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee wellness and employee engagement.

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources
• Have good knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices
• At least 5 years’ experience in managerial/supervisory capacity in HR with experience in managing the full spectrum of HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Vietnamese (since candidate will need to work on recruitment of English language teachers)
• Able to work well with people from all levels
• Strong interpersonal & good team work
• People oriented and highly enthusiastic in the desire to ensure an engaged workforce.
• Position is based in Ho Chi Minh District 6 (Vietnam)
