If you are searching for a career with a company which has a cooperative, international and multi-cultural environment, then look no further.
We are a rapidly expanding team, and we are searching for Senior HR Manager who are willing to develop themselves further in footwear industry(before you apply, please consider this is position need to work 3-4 days in our new office in D2, and 2-3 days in our factory in XUAN LOC- DONG NAI). Your main job responsibilities include –
1) Recruit and test workers both for office and factory, set up interview evaluation process to select qualified candidates to requested managers.
2) Coordinate with accounting department and prepare pay rolls and monitor pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
3) Conduct employee’s performance evaluation, compensation and benefits. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee’s work results.
4) Arrange training programs for employees, and bridge a good relationship between workers and managers.
5) Maintain historical human resource records and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Vietnam human resource requirements.
6) Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
7) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Candidates Requirements:
1) Degrees in human resource field and no less than 5 years human resource managing work experience in factory.
2) Know how to recruit and manage workers in factory
3) “Can do” attitude, open to change and is happy to work in a flexible environment and working under pressure
4) Self-starter who is able to use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision
5) Meet strict timelines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
6) Computer skills in Microsoft office suite.
7) Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
