Human Resource Executive (Recruitment and Training)

+ Finding talented individuals to meet a company ‘s needs
+ Conduct interview to have “ short-list ’’ for Requestors
+ Creating and maintaining a database of potential candidates to ensure a healthy pool of qualified applicants for the company
+ Necessary procedures for hiring new members according to Labor Law and company rules
+ Advising manager on recruitment strategy
+ Orientation for new member

+ Female, over 26 years old
+ B.A in Economic, prefer is Human resource management/ Law
+ English is fluent in both writing and speaking, Japanese is prefer
+ Proficient in Ms.office applications
+ Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems
+ Proficient with social media platforms
+ Have at least 03 years experience at the similar position at Japanese companies, PIC Recruitment and training.
+ Good pronunciation in both Vietnamese and English
+ Good manner, honest, active and willing to work under high pressure
+ Good looking and smart
+ Presentation skills in public
