Recruitment
- Make sure all recruitment process to hire new employee or replacement in short time with high qualification.
- Plan and follow up in-out employees monthly
- Work closely with Team Managers to get exact requirement in each recruitment.
Training
- Conduct Newcomers orientation.
- Coordinate all employee trainings.
- Contact with training agencies for soft skills courses.
Event organization
- Make annual events plan.
- Organize events on time.
- Make report quarterly
- Make payment for event cost.
Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or Master of Economics, Human Resources..
- English: Good at 4 skills (Toeic > 600)
- Computer: Master of Words, Excel, PP and all job posting site.
- Experience: > 2 years (related to HRD function)
- Characteristic: Friendly, keep secret, social.
