Human Resource Executive (01 Person)

The HR Executive will be in charge of recruitment and other related tasks for the North as follows:

Recruitment: Local staff & foreign staff:
- Handle staff recruitment and selection process, including recruitment advertisement, candidates screening, administering assessment and selection process, employment contract offering and post contract follow up works;
- Develop comprehensive database of the job candidates and keep it updated regularly;
- Initiate new channels for staff recruitment in order to enable the Company to recruit the most suitable candidates for the jobs available;

Work Permit & Visa Application/Renewal.
- Handle Visa / Work Permit / Temp Resident Card matters for expatriate staff.

Key Competencies:
- University degree or equivalent in the relevant field of studies.
- Minimum 1 years of recruitment experience in HR position in foreign invested companies;
- Strong command of English spoken and written;
- Good knowledge on labor matters
- Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
