Position: HRBP, Sales & Marketing
Level: Executive level
Department: HR-Admin
Working Location: HCM Office
Report to: Head of HR
ROLES:
Is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and Sales & Marketing manager. The position serves as a consultant and key contact for Sales & Marketing on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent for Sales & Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruit Sales & Marketing talents.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing managers to identify, develop and implement the employee engagement programs.
• Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes in Sales & Marketing.
• Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement necessary changes on Sales & Marketing Organisation.
• Intouch, understand and build a strong business relationship with Sales & Marketing across levels and locations.
• Build the effective Employee Value Proposition to attract, retain and engage talents.
• Other HR projects assigned by Head of HR.

RECRUTING REQUIREMENT:
• 2 successful years as HRBP-Sales & Marketing, strong in talent acquisition – FMCG background is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in English and Microsoft software
