Human Resource & General Affairs Manager

• Managing the recruitment & selection process
• Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, system, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Maintain pay plan & benefits program
• Nurture a positive working environment

• More than 8 years of experience in HR tasks
• Prefer to whom has working experience in real estate company or construction company
• Prefer to whom has working experience in Korea company (manager level)
• Experience for apply visa, work permit & resident card for foreigner worker
• Have good relationship with government department like DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc
• Fluent in English/ Microsoft office
• At least Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields
