Human Resource & Administration Officer

We are a Swiss company, setting-up a new factory in Long Thanh, Dong nai, to produce paint booth filters. The first job scope will be to help on the factory set-up process and the rest of the daily task will be as follow :

- Human resources and personnel management: recruitment, regulation, payroll, registration, leaves…
- Write and update personnel/HR policies and processes ;
- Make any legally procedures related to employees (including labor contract, salary, social & health insurance, commend & reward decision . . .) ;
- Edit labor regulation, safety & sanitation regulation and train the workers for these rules ;
- Acknowledge Vietnamese regulations, inform and advise the management and apply them in the Company ;
- Consult the management board of the administrative procedures ;
- Support other department administrative issues ;
- Supervise other administrative work.

- University degree (Human Resource field is prefer)
- At least 5 years experience in relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Labor Code, Vietnamese Social Insurance Law, Health Insurance Law, and Unemployment Insurance Law, and other labor regulations.
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
- Active and motivated
- Strong coordination skills & customer mindset
- Hard working & good teamwork, Fast learner
- Good communication skills/interpersonal skills
