Human Resource & Accounting Staff (HCM)

- Make plan to find out about Vietnamese labor law, commercial law to ensure that all of activities in company is compiled with the law.
- Process and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans.
- Work related to employee insurance and social insurance
- Work and negotiate with government offices and some other organizations
- Other tasks as assigned from directly manager.

* Working location: Floor 1, 11 BIS Nguyen Gia Thieu str, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCM, Vietnam.

- Education Bachelor Degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or any other related field as University Degree on Accounting.
- Have knowledge and experience about Accounting
- Good command of computer
- Have ability of English
- Communication skill
- Planning skill
- Honest, carefully and willing to learn new things.

* Benefit:
- Bonus: 13th month bonus
- Salary increase: One times per year.
- Social welfare: Employee will be entitled regulations in compliance with Labor Code of Vietnam such as Social & Medical Insurance, Unemployment Insurance…..).
- Other regimes: Follow the Labor Code and company’s other regulations.
