Human Resouces Manager (Work in Khanh Hoa)

- Manpower Planning and Control.
- Prepare yearly manpower budgets.
- Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.
- Devise succession planning for the Company for future development and expansion.
- Conduct and re-design job to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower.
- Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain, attract existing staff and applications.
- Training needs analysis, programme proposal, design and delivery.
- Annual training plan and budget.
- Planning and monitoring Department Trainers Scheme activities.
- Conducting Pavilion supervisory Development Programme Courses.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher or 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related HR
- Computer, office equipment, MS Office programs, skill database system
