Performance & Talent Development
Establish, implement and maintain the Performance Management System
Establish, implement and maintain the potential human resources
Build development programs for potential human resources and successors
Participate in buildup and develop the training objectives
Manage, Operate and develop Training activities, Training system
Implement enhancing workforce’s capabilities projects
Manage budget and develop direct Subordinate
Recruitment
Deploying, monitoring the effectiveness and effectiveness related to hiring functions (form making plan of Manpower Demand Planning, developing talent network, selection, onboarding for newcomers and resignation management) within the entire THP Group.
Deploying and completing plans to recruit Manager- level of higher positions throughout the Group
Brand positioning of Employer
Staff Management
HRBP
Set up/ control objective implementation
Set up and develop HR system
Set up Manpower plan (MP), maintain and develop MP.
Performance management (KPI, develop successors, ….)
Talent development
Control time sheet and headcount
Consult labor relations at customer division
Manage and develop employees

Education
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration. MBA preferred
Experience
• Min 7 years of work experience in human resource management, of which 3 years of work experience in management position.
• Progressive knowledge about human resource management.
Specific skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English is preferred
• Solving problem.
• Ownership, integrity.
• Relationship management
• Consulting
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration. MBA preferred
