- Manage the overall administration of human resources functions, training and development its services, policies and procedures including its continuous improvement implementation programs.
- Supports the management in establishing initiatives that are related to organizational and employees’ development, management-employee relations and compliances.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resources Functions preferably in Garment Industry.
- Good knowledge of Strategic Management, Changing Behaviors, Performance Management, Training and - Development, Counseling and Labor laws.
- Fluent in English both written and oral communication.
