Human Resouces Executive

- Handle tasks relating to insuarance and benefits.
- Do labour contracts.
- Conduct internal training on occupational health and safety awareness for employees.
- Follow up and update compliance profile.
- To implement safety and health procedures and develop internal work procedures to comply with legal obligation.
- Work with customers or third parties about factory audit.
- Work with authorities about labour, fire-fighting, environment, insurance issues.
- Other tasks assigned by Board of Director.

- Have at least 3 years experience in handling factory audit (specialize in Betterwork, WRAP, C-TPAT) and insurance & benefits.
- Can communicate both oral and writing by English.
- Can stand in high pressure environment.
- Experience in garment field is a advantage.
