Human Resouces Director

- ­ Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Ensure effective manpower planning within the organization
- ­ Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- ­ Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and resolving problems; implementing change.
- ­ Develop, review and update Job description for each position.
­ Set up Competency Framework and Performance Appraisal System and make sure Performance Evaluation result link with payment and bonus.
- ­ Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
- ­ Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- ­ Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- ­ Leads the implementation of HR process and company policy at clinic levels
- ­ Optimize and controllable cost across the entire clinic network in line with company goals.
- ­ Develop and review HR manual to ensure efficient and effective HR procedure.
- ­ Coach and motivate the team to develop all clinics to the maximum potential.
- ­ Provide efficient support to clinics with optimal co-ordination between HR and clinics
- ­ Effective incentive plan to mold staff’s behavior to drive sales target.
- ­ Design continuous sales coaching for clinic staffs
- ­ Retrain staff and managers that do not deliver productivity or targets

• Have knowledge and effective experience for set KPIs (including Font and Back office positions) in Retail industry.

• Excellence in excel and power point presentations
• Excellent training and coaching skills
• Preferably candidates in the Aesthetic, Fashion, Cosmetic high class field
