Human Resouces Business Partner Intern

a) Assist L&D part to arrange training logistics
• Understand L&D job in general
• Be able to prepare and facilitate a training course, doing data analysis + reporting, functioning on system
• Be able to communicate to promote learning spirit via different channels, well manage their time by practice some admin works, good negotiation skill with vendor and supplier.
• Be confident working on social media and using digital way (creating videos clip/QR code, common apps of SE and others, creating and analyzing e-survey) for the jobs.
• Learning on training cycle and prepare to facilitate a training courses, Learning and practice on training system + doing some works related to communications
b) Assist daily payment booking
• Book the payment request in the system and follow up with finance to make sure on time in full.
c) Other HRBP projects/ events
• Involve in related projects/campaign/events/activities in HRBP funtions: support and execution.

• Knowledge: HR Management or Business Management
• Skills: English communication, computer skill, team work skill
• Communicate pro-actively with human resources, workforces oriented (responsive, value added,..).
