* NGUYEN DO THIEN TU

- Our staff, Ms. Tu, the little employee that people often call Catharina (Cath). Prior to joining Fastcoding's staff, Cath studied Art and Technology in the Netherlands, after returning home she joined Fastcoding as a programmer. However, with the knowledge and skills learned from the university, it was not enough for Cath to apply it to her job. Cath was very confused when receiving the first project from Fastcoding. Fortunately, Cath was led by Leader, Thao, who taught her a lot. After times of wanting to give up because of pressure and depression, Cath also passed 2 months of probation and was given the opportunity to be an official Fastcoding employee.

- From the first projects with countless "bugs", and the initial difficulties encountered. Cath tried to learn from colleagues, from seniority staff, was taught by experienced leader, so she learned faster, reduced the number of "bugs" and gradually became more confident.

- Cath said, "When I first started working at the company, I really did not know where to start when I first saw the design. I was very confused, but Ms. Thao guided me very enthusiastically and thoughtfully. I also learns more by myself, because of my strength in English, I can easily find information to read and understand knowledge in English to support the job. Currently, I still have to learn more from my colleagues and I have to improve myself every day. * VO THI YEN NGOC

- Ms Yen Ngoc - The only Tester employee of the company, whom everyone loves to call her "Yen". She is a student who is a The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, majoring in Russian-English bilingual. Since the 4th year of university, she has intended to work part-time to gain experience, prepare for her future career. Therefore, she works for an information technology start-up company with English-Vietnamese translation position, besides that she also works as a tester, simply a technology user. Since then, the information technology environment has attracted her strongly. After graduating, Yen worked for a multimedia company for a period of time and became interested in Fastcoding as a tester.

- Initially, with little IT knowledge at university, Yen was like a blank page. After the first moment of being surprised, Yen was guided by her colleague. Every question, every issue raised by Yen is guided by Fastcoding members. Not only that, Yen also self-learning more knowledge to supplement her work as a tester. Every time she met an error, she was taught by colleages. Yen would come home to review and find out where she was wrong whenever she had free time.
Moreover, Yen has asked her boss to attend a software testing course. After completing the course, Yen had a better understanding of her job as well as better application of skills to serve the job.
- Now, Yen is a true Tester employee, every project in the company is checked by one of her hands, checked before being delivered to customers.
