HSSE Manager (Cum ISO & OHSAS Compliance)- Health, Security, Safety and Environment)

• Create/develop/implement HSSE management systems, processes and procedures in terms of business operation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Communicate all information on HSSE management system throughout the organization and increase employee’s HSSE awareness
• Act as focal point in Vietnam for HSSE management system matters
• Provide and arrange HSSE management system training to employees through various sharing sessions
• Arrange and coordinate the execution of HSSE inspections, training and audits (first, second and third parties). Manage the all audit programs to ensure that all raised nonconformities are effectively corrected.
• Arrange and lead the investigation of any fatality and/or serious accident occurrence
• Make reports related to HSSE to local authorities
• Check & propose to revise backward procedures of each unit/department.
• Coordinate to completion of QMS document system, conduct Management review QMS
• Take key role in developing and implementing CSR initiatives in compliance with requirements of the Laws and the Company's policies
• Feedback BOM on HSSE audit and/or inspection findings, HSSE statistics and incidents summary and overall quality management system implementation.
• Managing a team of GPS supervising

Education:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science/Environment
• Master Degree or PhD is a plus.
• Lead Auditor/ISO 14001: 2015/ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 certificates are preferred

Experience:
• Has HSSE audit experience (at least first party/second party for 3 years)
• More than 05 years working experience in a manufacturing environment at managerial level.

Technical skill requirement:
• Understanding of document system concept
• Understanding of QMS concept
• Understanding of basic calibration concept
• Proven knowledge of HSE standards and procedures.
