Mô tả công việc
- Asist Manager to manage Tasks and Team (roadmap, OKR, KPI, progress) ;
- To prepare the HSSE report; follow lost/damaged/access right data, maintain the security related documentation;
- Assist Manager to review performance matrix of third-party security service/CCTV vendor;
- To conduct the regular and routine checks on security measures and hazards;
- Inspects and evaluates work in progress, identifies any problem areas, and direct remedial action;
- Manage access control system;
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems;
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings;
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post;
- Management of HSSE equipment;
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as the same role; including supervisory experience;
- Graduated from the Economic, used to work in international environment;
- Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Good at English is preferred;
- Communicating & cooperating well with others;
- Being able to work independently while owning a strong teamwork spirit;
- Hard working & trustworthy;
- Being well-organized and able to solve problem efficiently;
- Owning strong management ability;
- Good at ‘Multi-Task Management’, can do many tasks in parallel.
