HSE Supervisor - Elf Gaz Danang

This incumbent will report to General Director and work at Elf Gaz Plant in Kỳ Hà, Núi Thành, Quảng Nam. Daily transportation from Danang is provided by company.

1. Establish, develop and maintain and report the Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Security programs of the Company in accordance with the ISSSRS, OSHAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and the Group Standards.
- Review and ensure the compliance with applicable Local rules, regulations and Group guide lines related to HSE.
- Prepare and update applicable HSE procedures, reports as necessary (Crisis management procedure, Emergency response plan, natural disaster response plan, business continuous plan, oil spill response preparedness, …)
- Prepare the HSE KPI, maintain relevant HSE reports and logs as necessary, organize HSE meeting at all levels and minute preparation and records.
- Review and recommend the contents related to HSE in operation and maintenance procedures, instructions of the plant.
2. Ensure safety for the plant facility set up, plant operations, contractor works at the plant
- Coordinate incident reports (Near miss/Deviation, accident), ensure its investigation, analysis and suggest and get corrective measures done.
- Perform the planned general inspection in the plant, prepare the reports.
- Ensure HSE regulation compliance, safety equipment, encourage and support safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to General Director.
3. Organize the HSE training/drill exercise/emergency response for employees and prepare the reports/records
4. Support Transportation Manager on element HSEQ management and take charge of security, devise the transport security plan.
- Participate and coordinate in safe to load, vehicle checking and review the records
5. Leads and coordinates the implementation of the technical integrity program of Elf Gaz Danang.
6. Set up HSE KPI, check list and implement HSE audit of our installations at customer sites.

• University Degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering or in mechanical/technical/chemical
• At least 2-year of experience in the same position
• Implementation of ISO 9001 procedures will be a high advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English (Speaking & writing)
• Good at communication and interpersonal skill
• Good at analysis skill, hard working and responsible
