HSE Supervisor (Chuyên Viên An Toàn, Sức Khỏe và Môi Trường)

To ensure systems for HSE follow Vietnamese law, and systems are followed by related stake holders at Apollo. Work with the Vietnamese authorities (for example Fire Police) to ensure proper HSE paper-works for all centres including fire inspection minutes, approval and licences.

• To review full documentation systems for H&S, provide guidelines and instructions ensuring we follow Vietnamese law strictly
• To work with related stake holders including authorities to ensure all centres have proper HSE minutes, approvals and licences complied with policies, regulations and Vietnamese law.
• To manage the HSE log for North and follow-up with actions
• First aid systems, training and management, manage HSE aspect of big events (100 people +) in coordination with the organizers (Marketing Executives)
• To visit and audit centers as assigned by the HSE Auditor
• To set-up training programs for regions and supervise training program implementation upon request from the HSE Auditor

• HSE knowledge, skills and network: strong knowledge of HSE especially with related Vietnamese laws with proven experience and network in HSE field
