Dear all, INOAC VIETNAM (Japanese company) is hiring 01 HSE Staff , details as belows:

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
*Level: Experienced Staff (Report directly to Deputy Manager of Safety Department)
- Coordinating with the consultant partner to upgrade of the OHSAS system.
- Responsible for conducting internal and external audits of OHSAS and ISO 1400 systems.
- Safety training Implement for employees in the Company.
- Responsible for the construction and management of procedures in the Safety Department (Risk assessment process, Fire prevention procedure ...)
- Follow up and update the Laws related to regulations on occupational safety and health, environment and fire prevention.
- Participating in customers audit meeting about issues related to Safety, health and environment.
- Monthly and quarterly reports as request of Deputy Manager(Line Manager)
- Other details will be discussed in the interview.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Salary: 400- 600$, Annual salary revision based on performance.
- Bonus: maximum = 5 month salary/1 year & minimum = 2 month salary/1 year.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- University degree, majoring in Chemistry /Environment/ Labor Safety is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience as same position in HSE division.
- Having in-depth knowledge about the provisions of the Law (OSH Law, Environmental Law, Fire Law).
- Can communicate in English or Japanese
- Priority to candidates who have experience working in manufacturing companies with a scale of 500 or more.
- Knowledge of OHSAS, ISO 45001 and ISO 1400 systems.

**Working location: Lot No.36, Quang Minh Industrial Zone, Me Linh, Ha Noi (Have car pick up from Hanoi Center)
