HSE & Quality Senior Engineer (Kỹ Sư Cao Cấp Về An Toàn, Sức Khỏe, Môi Trường Và Chất Lượng)- Bot Vân Phong 1

- Establish safety, health and environment procedures to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of the O&M Agreement
- Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and regulations
- Implement and monitor project management and safety, health and environment in compliance with Van Phong 1 Thermal power plant’s requirement
Develop and implement occupational health and safety (OHS) management system in accordance with ISO
- Preventing incidents, occupational related disease, potential occupational health and safety hazards in every activity, facility and process of all work units
- Conducting continuous improvement for occupational health and safety by providing sustainable training programs and improving employee’s awareness

- Fluent orals and written in English and Vietnamese
- College graduated or above (Major: Safety, Environmental, Science, Engineering, Construction or related fields)
- At least 5-year experience in Energy industry or Chemical industry or Power plants. Field Safety: 3 years (Required)
- Detailed knowledge of Vietnamese HSE statutory requirements is essential
- Ability to design and deliver training to all levels of an organization
- High-level communication and management skills
Ability to self-motivate and motivate staff
- Exceptional computer skills
- Must demonstrate recent and in-depth expertise in infrastructure projects
