Mô tả công việc
• Develop, implement and improve the Company Health, Safety & Environment’s procedure to ensure compliance with statutory regulations / Phát triển, thực thi và cải thiện các qui trình Sức khỏe, An toàn và Môi trường của công ty để đảm bảo tuân thủ các qui định của pháp luật.
• Main Cordinator for HSE committee / Là điều phối viên chính trong Ban môi trường, sức khỏe và an toàn.
• Conduct and coordinate audits, periodic internal training, meetings and promotion programs relating to HSE to increase awareness of employees / Tiến hành thực hiện và phối hợp các đợt thẩm tra, đào tạo nội bộ, các cuộc họp và các chương trình đẩy mạnh xúc tiến liên quan đến HSE để tăng cường nhân thức của công nhân viên định kỳ.
• Plan and perform periodic HSE inspections and report to Section Leader on any such related incidents / Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện việc kiểm tra định kỳ về HSE và báo cáo với Trưởng Bộ Phận về những vụ việc liên quan.
• Manage all HSE incidents, conduct investigations, track corrective and preventive actions to closure / Quản lý tất cả các vụ việc HSE, từ tiến hành điều tra, thực hiện hành động khác phục và ngăn ngừa cho đên khi kết thúc sự việc.
• In charge and monitoring of Company’s clinic operations / Phụ trách và giám sát các hoạt động y tế của Công ty.
• Create and maintain an emergency response system / Thiết lập và duy trì hệ thống ứng phó tình huống khẩn cấp.
• Manage HSE Assisstant & Clinic Center to follow all requirement from Management to HSE / Quản lý các trợ lý An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường và Phòng Y tế nhằm thực hiện tốt nhất các yêu cầu đề ra cho Bộ phận HSE.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in Environmental / Health / Safety or relevant fields.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese language.
• 2-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Proactive and initiative personality
• Self-motivated, disciplines, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently
• Have responsibilities in work.
• Good knowledge of HSE management system, maintenance activities, inspection activities
