HSE Manager

• Training, build awareness, behavior of occupational health, safety, environment and security for all employees and third party staff, visitors;
• Risk management: build risk management program, review and update quarterly or when needed
• Preventive action to improve HSE System:
• Control activities: Supervising the implementation of HSE in the factory in line with local law, internal HSE system and customer requirements.
• Manage HSE Committee Team
• Manage work permit for HSE activities
• Correction and Corrective Action for HSE system, Investigate accidents, incident to identify causes, propose corrective action to eliminate root cause to avoid recurrence;
• Fire fighting facilities maintenance
• Follow up health check yearly
• Good relationship with relevant government departments to follow up all reports in accordance with local law
• Law updated
• Co-ordinate with authorized outside training providers to arrange the outside training courses
• Responsible for the proper operations of the Waste water treatment (WWT): Supervises the WWT, performance of operators and responsible for the WWT chemical inventory, chemical usage follow SOP.
• Evaluating and advising in technical projects (for example: Machine and equipment release) before putting into operation
• Prepares or follows up HSE monthly & quarterly reports
• Emergency Response Action Plans and Coordination
• Other tasks assigned by management if any

• Bachelor degree or higher (Technical degree is preferable)
• At least 5 years of experience in safety supervision at an international manufacturing company.
• English communication fluently
• In-depth knowledge on Vietnamese and international HSE regulations and requirements.
• People management and supervision skill.
• Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
• Project management and familiar with HSE reports.
