I. OBJECTIVES:
- Supervise management (policies, procedures, regulations) for all construction projects of the Company on Social Environment & Occupational Safety and Health (meeting IFC standards and Vietnamese laws).

II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and set up regulations on labor safety & environmental sanitation at the Company's project works.
- Approve the contractor's plan on labor safety and environmental sanitation.
- Supervise the work performance on labor safety & environmental sanitation by the contractor.

II. KRA & KPI
KRA
• Review and approve documents related to occupational safety and environmental sanitation (Plans, labor safety and environmental hygiene measures, equipment records, workers, etc.)
• Control and supervise labor safety and environment at the construction site and the project;
• Implement labor safety compliance for all employees and contractors in accordance with the Company's laws and regulations;
• Maintain, develop and update training materials on occupational safety.
• Manage and maintain a system of records and documents related to Occupational Safety and Environment;
• Study safety-related documents at the construction site, plan & monitor safety activities at the construction site according to the construction standards and the Company's standards;
• Contact local authorities, organizations and individuals within the scope of work assigned to ensure HSE system and related issues.
• Organize site safety inspections with contractors.
• Comply with policies and procedures on Social Environment, Occupational Safety and Health.
• Comply with the monitoring and reporting system to ensure compliance with the policies of Social Environment and Occupational Safety and Health
• Comply with the plan, implementing internal training and training on issues of Social Environment, Occupational Safety and Health.

KPI
• The number of quality approval dossiers: 100%
• The number of control projects required by the Management.
• The number of accidents per year <0 cases / year.
• Update every 6 months.
• Update monthly.

• Work with the local quarterly.
• Weekly for each project.

B. Qualification and Experience
1. Qualification:
o University degree, major in engineering or related subject.
o Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Email ...
o Certificate of management in Safety (group 2), Labor and Environment; preferable certificate of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 and can support the ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 system in matters related to Safety, Labor and Environment

2. Working Experience:
o 5 years of work experience in construction & project management, labor safety and environmental consultancy;
o Participated directly in construction projects in the following areas: high-rise buildings and low-rise buildings.
o At least 02 years working at the same position as the investor.
