HSE Engineer

Your role is to provide HSE supports to site team on Rail construction field as follows:
- Ensure plant, equipment, manpower in safe conditions during work progress on construction site
- Responsible to implement HSES plan and follow HSRE Manager’s instruction
- Manage HSE profile of manpower, plant and equipment
- Coordinate with relevant department to plan, organize on HSE matters for construction site
- Daily Inspect and support on HSE compliances (HSE plan, PTW, JRA).
- Ensure the worksite being well-arranged on housekeeping and welfare facilities always maintain
- Conduct HSE trainings for workforce
- Ensure traffic management plan implemented as per approval
- Conduct daily toolbox meeting, risk assessment, alcohol test for workforce
- Organize firefighting prevention for worksite
- Ensure all plant, equipment and tools inspected prior to work
- Ensure all electrical equipment in safe condition
- Daily conduct site patrol to resolve the HSRE issues and ensure staff comply with HSE plan
- Conduct incident investigation and reporting to prevent the recurrence
- Other HSE tasks assigned by HSRE Manager

- Preferable: HSE Experience on Rail construction
- In-depth knowledge on Vietnamese regulations and requirements
- Good interpersonal and good radio communication skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skill
- Emergency response with dept knowledge
- Good command of all English skills and Microsoft Office skill
- Quick learner and follow orders from HSRE Manager
- Working time: 95% on site and 5% at office. Nightshift if required
