Your tasks

Maintain HSE documents system and Accident/ incident database.

HSE文件及事故事件数据库维护。

Coordinate and conduct regular safety inspections, discuss with concerned function on immediate corrective actions and long term preventive measures when any risks or unsafe acts is discovered.

协调及执行定期安全检查，当风险存在或发现不安全行为时，与相关部门讨论立即整改行动及长期预防措施。

Conducting internal safety audits, set correct measures for any findings immediately.

进行内部安全审计，针对发现的问题迅速制定纠正措施。

Monitor and work with concerned functions ensure all colleagues obtain need training and adequate licenses if nececesary.

监督并与有关职能协作，确保所有特种岗位员工已接受必需的培训和获得足够的证照齐全。

Conduct PPE management and daily usage supervision.

进行PPE管理及日常使用监督。

Supervise on daily hazardous waste management and disposal.

对危废管理及处理进行日常的监督。

Organize /conduct HS&E trainings for employees and subcontractors, 3rd party, etc. Maintain and manage the training documents.

组织/进行员工，分包商，第三方安全健康环保培训。完成培训记录档案的维护及管理。

Conduct safety management and routine safety supervision.

安全管理及日常安全监督。

Conduct occupational health management.(such as, organize occupational health check, results communication, documents filing, etc)

进行职业健康管理（如体检安排，结果沟通，职业健康检查资料管理等）

Implement HSE programs such as: fire prevention safety, FSS, etc. Assist on HSE evaluation
实施HSE项目，如防火安全，FSS, 等

Maintain Emergency Response system.(Replenish on first aid kits, eye washing liquids, fire extinguisher, etc)

应急响应系统维护。(急救物品，洗眼液、灭火器的补充等)

Initiate HSE activities to enhance awareness of safety culture and communicate with and encourage other functions keep improving on HSE.

发起安全活动,提高安全意识，与其他部门沟通并鼓励其在安全方面有所提高。

Bachelor or equivalent education background

本科或相等教育背景；

At least1- 3 years HSE experience in multinational companies;

1-3年跨国公司HSE部门工作经验；
Related HSE work experience; Enough capability to prepare various management systems and inspection forms; Prepare daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and other reports; Supervise subcontractors to complete risk rectification and prepare reports, and other English documents.
HSE相关工作经验，会编制各项管理制度和检查表单，编制日报、周报、月报等报表，监督分包商完成隐患整改和编制报告，及其他英文文档;

Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player;

自我激励、热情、态度积极，善于团队合作；

Strong communication and coordination skills;

良好的沟通能力和协调能力；

Good English – oral and written;

良好的英文听说读写；

Excellent PC skills;

出色的计算机操作能力；

Knowledge of OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001;

具有OHSAS18001和 ISO14001的相关知识;
