SCOPE OF POSITION
• Responsible for the HR systems performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency.
• Coordinate HR systems changes and issues resolution between IT and Hoiana Operators.
• Own and maintain cross operator data in the HR system
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
• Elicit requirements from HR business stakeholders
• Evaluate and consult with business partners on potential solution options
• Partner with technical teams to design the solutions
• Provide consulting and analysis to initiatives including business requirements, process design, process maps, work instructions and associate project documentation
• Translate technical issues into business impacts to support the business decision making process.
• Create and facilitate test cases plan and execution
• Communicate key decisions and corresponding impacts across teams to ensure integrated plan and solutions are delivered
• Influence to align cross functional teams and operators toward solutions
• Collaborate with technical team on the support model definition
• Provide support to the HR teams regarding system issues, resolve issues or follow-up on resolutions
• Play a “Super Admin” role in the system and maintain cross operator data.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or Finance.
• Experience in HR technology and with Successfactors required, SAP payroll or Time is a plus
• International casino or hospitality industry preferred.
• Good data analytical experience. Ability to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English essential and Vietnamese language preferred.
• Exceptional and professional communication & presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
• Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work self-directed, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
