HRGA Senior Staff

• Make sure company operation go smoothly and follow the policy
• Making salary structure to match with Vietnamese labor law and submit to authority for approval every year
• Responsible for evaluation job at every year end
• Making regulation for salary promotion every year for each department and process accordingly
• Controlling and ensure the salary and insurance table are correct with Labor Law
• Updating the Vietnamese labor law and process accordingly in the company
• Responsibility for control all office equipment and purchase job for office equipment and tool
• Responsible for recruitment, training and control all employee
• Good knowledge about Investment law in Vietnam
• Responsible to control all GA job such as: Car rental, canteen, company events, employee benefit, trade union, work permit, visa and residence card for expatriate, hotel and air ticket booking…etc
• Others task as assignment
