Mô tả công việc
- Directs manage the staffing and recruiting process to ensure the availability of employees to satisfy the current needs, as well as projected “critical skills” in the future.
- Works with line management to enhance their abilities in attracting stable, highly qualified candidates through enlightened recruiting, evaluation, and selection programs.
* Training and Development:
- Develop training and talent programs that will result in quality employees to build and support bench strength requirements for the company.
- Ensures that adequate coaching is provided to people in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles.
* Performance Management
- Build up performance appraisal system based on intranet of the company.
- Manage performance appraisal program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the organization.
* Policy Recommendations:
- Ensures compliance with all current labor laws and regulations relating to employee policy, employee safety and health; and company policies and procedures.
- Understands the business needs and issues and is expected to develop and implement the strongest “best practices” solutions to resolve issues.
* Compensation and Benefits:
- Ensure payroll system compliance and equity within the organization.
- Manage all aspects relating to Labor Law and PIT Law.
- Ensure benefits programs such as health care, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance are implemented in efficiency and adequate.
* Administrative
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons
- Organize and supervise other office activities (security, hygiene and safety, recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
* Purchasing
- Manage purchasing activities for the whole company to adapt business requirement and control cost.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Review and manage purchasing process and manage the efficiency of the process.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female. Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Good at Japanese is a must and good at English is plus
- At least 7 years’ experience on human resources generalist with more than five years at senior management level for a size at least 500 head count.
- At least five years HR management experience in Japanese environment.
- Understand Labor law and Laws related
- Knowledge of strategic HR practices, and best practices in Human Resources.
- Experience with Human Resource Management Systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop and coach people in their current roles to improve performance and prepare them for future roles.
- Ability to find creative solutions and make good decisions based on experience and analysis.
- A high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Good at oral and written presentation skills, interacts well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to build effective teams to achieve high levels of performance.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: 2200$ - 3500$
- Insurances as Vietnamese labor law.
