JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The overall objective for HR Manager is to ensure the professional delivery of HR services to assigned business units. The position plays a critical role in our business success and growth of our talent.
• As HR one stop shop service center, including integrating business process and system into the design of HR services and ensure roles & responsibilities, process, people, and linkage to other HR functions and other departments.
• Responsible for HR related data maintenance, filing, payroll, benefits explanation, work permits, internal/external audit.
• Developing and continuously improve HR process effectiveness and data quality control to assist with people management strategies and initiatives. Make sure a high standard of data accuracy and compliance can be achieved.
• Supporting organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies, approaches and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Acting as the contact person for employees on a wide range of questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree. At least 5+ years’ overall HR operation experiences in global company, C&B and payroll experience is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, strong capability of problem-solving
• Good team management skills and can work under pressure
• Quick learner with a positive and pragmatic attitude as well as an excellent sense of priority.
• Customer-focused with good organizational sensitivity, collaborative and change agile
• High capability of working independently and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both English and Vietnamese
• Proficient at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
