Mô tả công việc
General Administration
- Cash keeper
- Spending money to logistics staffS based on payment requested from operation
- Making payment request to pay fees of electric, water, telephone, stationary …
- HR tasks: contact with Vietnam works related to recruitment, arranging schedule interview for other departmet , Social Insurance….
- Assist Branch Manager in daily tasks : Booking hotel, booking golf, preparing car and other request from Director
- Liaise with government authorities when required;
- Support other staffs when necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Do other tasks related as actual and report Director
- Cash keeper

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Female, age between 22 – 30; Qualifications: University or College degree
- Prefer from 1 year of experience with the same position
- If you have not experienced, you will be instructed in detail
- Have knowledge about accounting is preferable
- Good command of English
