HR Trainee

ABB Power Grids offers power and automation products, systems and service solutions across the generation, transmission and distribution value chain - enabling a stronger, smarter and greener power grid.

You will play a key role within the Talent Acquisition function, HR team, who is responsible for recruitment and employer branding activities as per local and global HR guidelines. Based in Hanoi, your roles and responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
• Delivering HR Service support to the business. Showing a customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude
• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities in coordination and collaboration with hiring managers
• Arranging and implement recruitment activities and events, e.g. advertisement, job fairs, university events, etc.
• Sourcing and building up candidate database on a regular basis to provide talent pipeline for the business
• Arranging and implement internship, apprenticeship programs
• Conducting interviews and manage the on boarding for selected candidates
• Managing and adhere to timelines as per the business requirement
• Recording employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
• Performing data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems
• Providing on-demand reports related to the process, where required

To be successful in this role you should have a university degree preferred in Human Resource management, Law. You should have strong English communication and interpersonal skills. The role would suit someone who is a self-starter, independent and result oriented.
